We currently offer 4 formulations of our TMS Series of Thermal Interface Materials

  • TMS-53 – Gallium Based with aligned Carbon Nanotubes for Processors and general Electronics.

  • TMS-53s – TMS-53 mixed with Silicone fluid for specialized applications requiring ease of application.

  • TMS-AI5 – Gallium based with greater saturation of aligned Carbon Nanotubes for AI Processors.

  • TMS-57 – A silicone variant with Carbon Nanotubes, aluminum oxide, and other nanoparticles.
